1. No Returns Granted- All Sales are Final
2. No Exchanges Please Be Sure to Select the Correct Color and Size for Each Item.
3. For those who would like to Pickup, Your Item(s) Will Be On Hold for 2 Consecutive Days. Failure to Pickup Items Within the Provided Timeframe Will Result in Item(s) Being Returned. No Money is Given Back.
4. When Checking Out, Shipping and Billing Name and Address MUST correlate. If For Any Reason it Does Not Match, You Will Be Contacted to Provide a Picture of Your ID to Ensure Your Identity. Failure to Do So Will Result in an Order Cancellation.

6. When Dropping Off, If Someone Other Than the Person Ive been Communicating with is Coming to Receive Your Item(s), Please Let it Be Known.
7. NO Nicknames on Orders
8. When Dropping Off I Will Wait No Longer Than 5 Minutes, After 5 Minutes, I will Drive Off ( If you would like a new delivery , there will be an additional delivery fee). If Not, You're Free to Pickup. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.
9. Once Your Order Has Been Shipped Out, We Are NO LONGER responsible for your package. I.E We Are Not Responsible for Lost or Stolen Package.
10. When Choosing Local Pickup or Delivery it is important to review your contact information provided i.e your phone number and email. Failure to get in contact with one regarding their order, we regret , we can not issue a refund ( see policy #3).
11. When Shopping items ( for Chicago Local Delivery)-One Must Purchase More than One Item to Receive Delivery! * additional fees for delivery will apply.
13. Once Orders Are Shipped Out, We Are No Longer Responsible for your item(s).
